Greenbriar Community Care Center is a skilled nursing and
rehabilitation center located in St. Tammany Parish, owned and
operated by CommCare Corporation.
Our staff specializes in providing skilled nursing, long term
care, and short term rehabilitation such as physical, speech,
occupational and restorative therapies. We serve Slidell and the
surrounding areas. Our state of the art facility works closely with
other regional medical facilities, including Slidell Memorial
Hospital, Northshore Regional Medical Center and Louisiana Heart
Hospital with the transition to nursing homes.
Memory Care Unit: A memory care unit is available for those
suffering from Alzheimer's or experiencing other dementia
issues.
